Reliefs – continued

Visitors to the open studio responded very positively to a piece I created in the days leading up to the event. The piece was called ‘Ninety-nine Corners Turned’ and was made fron polished aluminium pieces on a white ground.

The picture sold, which was great, and I subsequently had numerous enquiries about the work. I decided to run with the idea and a flood of ideas, all with the same materials and working with the conflict between ordered geometry and the random, came to me mind.
